...Chiefs vow to defeat terrorists and Malgaree Doctoran´s
[08.Nov.2008 - 12:20]ANP- Saturday, 08 November 2008 Asfandyar Wali Khan, Central President of ANP and Afrasiab Khattak, President of ANP Pakhtunkhwa has strongly condemned the suicide attacks on jirga in Bajaur Agency and Kanjoo Bridge check-post in Swat. ´´We are the followers of Baacha Khan and believe in the philosophy of non-violence. We want peace and stability in our region´´. They said. They further added that suicide blasts are not the solution to the problem but the only way to solve the issue through dialogues. They said that international terrorists have set up their network in FATA and Pakhtunkhwa province and want to plunge the people of the province into darkness by blowing up the bridges and schools, but ANP would foil all such nefarious attempts and would make the province peaceful. Both the leaders condoled with families of the suicide blasts victims and prayed for early recovery of the injured. Malgaree Doctoran´s re-organises Dr. Shaukat Jamal Amirzada and Dr. Shamsul Haq were yesterday elected as provincial president and secretary general of Malgaree Doctoran – A doctor’s union supporting Awami National Party – respectively. The meeting of election commission of doctor´s forum held in Peshawar. The commission comprised of Dr. Ahmad Shafi and Dr. Gharib Nawaz. After consensus it was decided that Shaukat Jamal Amirzada would be the president of the doctor´s wing of the party for the next two years. Other office bearers included Dr. Sanaullah, senior vice president, Dr. Sangeen Khan as vice president, Dr. Shamsul Haq, General Secretary. Dr. Sibghatullah was elected as deputy general secretary, Dr. Jalil Afridi as social welfare secretary, Dr. Javed Iqbal Bangash as secretary finance. The executive committee members include Dr. Ihsanullah, Dr. Abdul Ghaffoor, Dr. Liaqat, Dr. Inayat-ur-Rehman and Dr. Mian Mujahid Shah.
