The Pukhtun Grand Jirga
[24.Aug.2011 - 11:24] پيښور:24th August 2011 د پښتون قامي وحدت ستر لارښود،قامي، ولسي او روحاني مشر محمدافضل خان (خان لالا) په راتلونکی دوه دري میاشتو کی دیوې اهمې پښتون قامي جرګي د رابللو پریکړه کړی ده.
د ۲۰۰۸ ع کال راایسی خان لالا پښتنو ته د یوی داسی جرګې خبره کوی او د هغوئ په خیال د داسی جرګې د رابللو لپاره دا مناسب وخت دی.
دی جرګې کښې به د پښتنو دیني،مذهبي عالمانو،سیاستدانانو، دزده کوونکو(طالبعلمانو) نمائنده ګانو، دمزدورانو مشرانو، پوهانو(دانشورانو)، کاروباریانو(کسب ګرو) او د پښتنو د د سیمو او علاقو نه د رائی عامه مشرانو ته د ګډون بلنه ورکولی شي.
ښاغلی محمد افضل خان لالا دی جرګې کې د سیاسی تعلقدارئ یا نظریاتي اختلاف نه قطع نظر ټولو پښتنو ته د ګډون بلنه ورکول غواړی او جرګې کې شاملو کسانو ته به دی کوښښ کې د ملګرتیا خواست کولی شي،چې څوک جرګو کې په خپلو مسئلو خبرې کوی نوهغوئ خپل فکر په بل ورتپلو په غرض د تشدد نه کار نه اخلي.
جرګه کښې به د فاټا،خیبرپښتونخوااودبلوچستان د پښتون ضلعو خلکو ته د شرکت بلنه ورکولی شي
د افغانستان نه به هم یو وفد رابللی شي.کوم پښتانه چې بی کوره شوی او د زیاتیدونکي منتشر شوی ابادئ برخه جوړه شوی، هغوئی به هم دی جرګې ته رابللی شي.
جرګه به په دوه خبرو غور کوئی:
یوه داچی دیرش کاله اګاهو د پښتنو/افغانانو وینه بهیدل هغه وخت شروع شوی ؤه، کله چې دنړئ داسیمه د عالمي قوتونو د جنګ میدان جوړشو. دی سیمه کی د خون ریزئ عمل روان دی چې نن پورې پکې د دیرش لکه نه سیوا پښتانه مړه شوی دي. د دیرش کالو راایسې روان تشدد د پښتون معاشرې کې د قیادت او مجموعي منزل مقصود په حواله یوه خلا پیداکړی ده.
ډیرو ځایونو کی دا خلا نا بللو میلمنو ډکه کړي ده، چا چې د پښتنو د اخلاص او د روایاتونو نه ناجائزه فائده اوچته کړي.
دا نابللي میلمانه د پښتنو په خاوره د خون ریزئ دا عمل جاري ساتل غواړي او ددې خاورې نه د عالمي دهشت ګردئی خپلې ایجنډی ته وده ورکول غواړي
جرګه کښې به په هغه تاریخي عواملو باندې بحث کولی شي چې پښتون ولې او څنګه په خپله خاوره د خون ریزئ شیطاني چکر کښې د خپلې مرضئ او خوښې خلاف راګیر شو.
دویمه خبره داده چې د پښتون په خاوره د تشدد ددې شیطاني عمل مخ نیوی به څنګه کیږي او ددې مقصد لپاره د پښتنو متاثره او ځپلو علاقو کښې د امن راوستو په غرض د اقداماتو په حواله اتفاق رائی جوړول.
دا خبره دی یاده وي چې پښتون په نور چا دخپل فکر مسلط کولو څه عالمي ایجنډا نه لري او نه دوئ د علاقائی او عالمي قوتونو د مقابلې کولو څه طاقت لري په د ا وجه د پښتون او علاقائی او عالمي قوتونو تر منځ څه ټکراو نه شته.
مذهبي انتهاپسندی د پښتون اکثریت د فکر او کردار څرګندونه نه کوی. د نړئ د نورو ځایونو راغلیو انتهاپسندو مونږ د پښتون په خاوره هرکلی نه شو کولی.
محترم محمدافضل خان لالا به ددې اهمي پښتون قومي جرګې په کولو کښې د پاکستان او د افغانستان دحکومتونو او عالمي وروولئ نه د حمایت او حوصله افزائی هرکلی کوی. ددوئ په مرسته او حمایت دا جرګه په علاقی او سیمې کښې امن راوستو کښې یو اهم کردار لوبولی شي.

Mohammad Afzal Khan in his capacity as one of the most revered Pukhtun elder has decided to call a Grand Pukhtun Qaumi Jirga in the next two to three months. Since 2008 he has given this call to all Pukhtuns but feels now is the right time to convene this Jirga. The Jirga will invite elders, religious scholars, politicians, student representatives, labor representatives, intellectuals, businessmen, and opinion leaders from all Pukhtun belt. Afzal Khan is of the opinion that all Pukhtuns irrespective of their political affiliations or ideological orientations are welcomed to the Jirga and their wholehearted cooperation is required in this effort. People who discuss their problems in Jirga automatically shun violent ways to put their point of view across. Pukhtun history and traditions is not compatible with violence as a mean to achieve collective goals.
The Jirga will invite participants from FATA, KP and Pukhtun districts of Balochistan.A Pukhtun delegation from Afghanistan will be invited. Pukhtuns who have left their homeland and are now part of the growing Pukhtun Diaspora will also be invited. The Jirga will focus on two point agenda. The first point is that bloodshed of Afghan/Pukhtuns had started over three decades ago when this part of the world became a battle ground of the world powers. The bloodshed that was started in this part of the world still continues today after the loss of over three million Pukhtuns. Decades of violence has left a big vacuum in the Pukhtun society in terms of leadership and collective direction. This vacuum in many places is filled by unwelcomed guests who have exploited the generosity of Pukhtun traditions. These people want to perpetuate the cycle of bloodshed on Pukhtun soil and propagate their global extremist agenda from Pukhtun soil. The Jirga will deliberate on the historical facts to ascertain how Pukhtuns became unwilling partners in a vicious cycle of bloodshed on their own soil. The second item on the agenda of the Jirga will be to find ways to stop this vicious cycle of violence on Pukhtun land and to develop consensus on peace building initiatives in Pukhtun dominated areas. Pukhtuns do not have a global agenda of imposing their will over others nor do they have the socio-economic power to challenge regional or global powers. Therefore, there is no clash of interest between the Pukhtuns and the regional and global powers. Religious extremism does not reflect the views of the majority of Pukhtun people. Extremists from other parts of the world are not welcomed on the Pukhtun soil. Mohammad Afzal Khan would like to see the support of the Pakistani government, Afghan government and the international community for this initiative. With their support this Jirga can play a major role in the achievement of peace in this region. Mohammad Afzal Khan will like to hold the first Jirga in Peshawar in the coming few months.
